Easy Fall Recipes For Your Hotel Room

If you’re staying with us for a while, you don’t need to eat out every night!

Our rooms come with a complete kitchenette, giving you access to a refrigerator, cooktop, and dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils, so you can cook complete, well-balanced meals in the comfort of the hotel.  Try some of these great comfort food recipes this fall!

Andouille and Chicken Jambalaya

This recipe has all the warm flavors of Creole cuisine, and since it uses store-bought rotisserie chicken, it can be made in less than an hour.   It only takes one pot, so clean-up is a breeze.  Just saute the sausage, add the rest of the ingredients, let it simmer, and voila!

Chicken Paprikash

Start with some bacon, because a good dish almost always starts with bacon!  Add vegetables, chicken, egg noodles, and sour cream, and you’ll end up with this Hungarian classic.  The sour cream adds a bit of tang to the sauce, and the flavors are so melded, no one will know it only took you twenty minutes.  This is definitely a hearty fall dish that will please everyone.

Cubano Sandwiches

Almost like a sub sandwich that’s been grilled, Cubanos are delicious, filling, and easy.  You could easily feed the whole family in about 10 minutes, making this a great weeknight option.  If you’re feeling ambitious, do the 15 minute pickle recipe as well – or just buy a jar of pickles!

Beef Chili

Who doesn’t love a rich, hearty beef chili as the weather cools down?  You can put everything together in about 15 minutes, then just let it simmer for twenty minutes for all the flavors to combine.  Serve with shredded cheese and saltine crackers.  If you have kids, this is a great recipe to sneak vegetables in – everything works well in chili, and your kids will be none the wiser!
